ABOUT ME
I am a therapist who works mostly with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in the areas of trauma healing, relationships and communication, self-awareness, self-regulation, and spiritual development.

I love working with adult couples and individuals.

I grew up on Vancouver Island and have a strong connection to the land. I find meaning in exploring the natural world, athletics, philosophy, spirituality. I am a mother of teenagers and many animals.

I acknowledge that I am living and working in the unceded traditional territories of the K'ómoks First Nation.
