Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there.

ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am a therapist who works mostly with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in the areas of trauma healing work, self-awareness, self-regulation, and spiritual development. I welcome adults and couples age 21+.
I grew up on Vancouver Island and have a strong connection to this place and the people who live here. I find meaning in exploring the natural world, athletics, philosophy, and spirituality. I am a mother to two teenagers.
I am grateful to be living and working in the unceded traditional territories of the K'ómoks First Nation.
